The harmful pigments used in hair colors that you must always avoid

  2. P-toluenediamine Sulphate: Also known as PTDS in short, this chemical can be termed as the twin of lesser evil of PPD. Used in combination with an ethanolamine as the alkalizing agent, it temporarily taints the hair into the desired shade. It is not as harmful as PPD, but should be avoided none-the-less for the same reasons. Many with sensitive skin, who are allergic to PPD are allergic to PTDS as well.

To solve this issue, constant researches are being carried out by scientists to usher in the new era in hair dying technology. The all-new Graphene Hair Dye is one such glorious example. An allotrope of carbon, the term Graphene has been coined as a combination of the two words—“graphite” and the suffix “ene”.
